AGITO'S NOOR GUIDE How to dodge Pudge's hook 1) Stay focused on your hero unit (or whatever that can make your hero die) make sure there is no hook coming towards you 2) Map awareness check / report missing every 30 seconds, on minimap too. 3) Move close with creep on the lane so Pudge will have lesser chances of hooking you 4) Wards, and wardssss... Observer ward on higher ground to watch larger area. Sentry ward to de-ward in case enemy uses ward to open vision as well. Don’t be stingy if supports don’t buy wards...you can buy wards sometimes to contribute for the team... use it especally in choke point alone and get killed at somewhere... at least you have some disable skill hero teammate can save you. 7) Items, fast fingers, fast reaction -Some items might save you being hooked like -Black king bar (can be hooked, no damage) -Shadow blade (still can be hooked if pudge is lucky)^ -Eul secpter (invunorablc for 2.5 sec,but still can be hooked without damage ■~inH ^nppl—the whirlwind)’ Countering Pudge Hooks Undying's tombstone, or some heroes that can spawn e grunt unit to block hooks, e.g.: NP, enigma, brood her, Chen, enchantress, beast-master etc. Naix’s rage (no damage but can be hooked) Tanker heroes (won’t die on his combo, usually) Disabler (especially STUNS can interrupt his nnelling ulti/ skill) Escape ability heroes 9) Common Pudge hiding spot, (especially choke points) exprience tells you, check replay files and find some guide for pudge. :P 10) Fog of wall, trees... it is better walk in middle of a lane, instead sticking near the trees because once you notice the hook coming, you might not have time to dodge. 12) Update 6.79. Pudge now can equip blink dagger...(consider this is different guide aireuLiuii; . . . . . Most probally he will blink infront of you and straight use dismember on you instead of hiding somewhere and waiting chances for hooking you... Which is totally reverse the Pudge combo I usually play in pub. So just don’t stay in 1 place (even Pudge don’t have vision there) especially choke point like attacking/ defending tower.
